SOURCE: Missing Driver for Epson Powerlite?

as far as I know there isn't any vista compatible software to download.
try reinstalling the drivers or If you find out what software is needed you could emulate it but that can be trickey and eats up loads of ram
as long as your new laptop isn't a dell you should be able to easely back-up your data, partition your hard drive and install xp on a partitio.
If you have a hp depending on the model you could even switch between os without turning off the computer.

Did you replace the lamp with the EXACT type that was in the projector prior to changing it? Sounds like there is difference in lamps.

My Epson proxima is displaying pink. I did reset and replace cables and bulb. Any suggestions

I've seen the screen go pink when the video input is set to the wrong type (composite instead of RGB). Try each input type to see if it goes away.

Epson powerlite s4 projector is pink

I assume this is an LCD. I don't remember the s4 being a DLP projector.

This sounds like the LCD panel used for the red color has gone out. The image is made up of red, green and blue images layered upon the screen. If the red panel has gone out then there is nothing filtering out the red light in the image. This causes a nice red hue to the whole screen.

It could be a simple open and reconnect fix. I personally have never opened a projector, so I'm not going to walk you through it as I do not know how hard it would be to tinker with. It should eb a cheap fix for a true repair man though.

Epson PowerLite S1+

You have not set the port on the back of the projector settings.

Go into the projector menu and go into the IMAGE area. Somewhere in here you should be able to select computer.
