I bought a usb cable on e-bay but when I put In the disc the kg290 was not on the dropdown, I e-mailed the company and they gave me a website to download the drivers but when I tried this It would get to 97% and go no further, I have had no luck with the company so gave up.
I saw on a forum that someone had downloaded music straight to their card using a card reader, as I have a card reader on my Epson printer I thought I would have a go.
I followed the Instructions drag and dropped the songs to the playlist the syncted then lights flashed e-player said the songs have transfered I can play then on my computer but when I put the card back in my phone I CAN FIND NO MUSIC. Which Is doing my head In.
Should I buy a card reader or are there setting on the phone that I cannot find.
Please help If you can.
With Regards Robeert.
I had this very same problem with my LG mobile. it seems LG hate music transfers well actually anything to do with memory cards. to get your music to play on your phone 1# connect your phone to your pc using the cable 2# open up my computer and open up your phone folder. there may be 2 bu try each one and you will see which one is your memory card 3# choose your music and copy and paste it into the memory card folder in the music folder. if its not put in the music folder your phone wont bother tryng to read it from off your card. one other thing you may find is that when you try and safely remove your phone through the proper way it may come up saying that it is still being used by a program. this always comes up weather it is or not, best thing to do is make sure it isnt and disconnect the usb end of the cable. aswell as music the same goes for pictures and movies, just copy and paste into correct folder
