Go back into the site you ordered the resume. there should be a subscriptions link that you can access and cancel. If not, try accessing the main page on what subscription you have started. there may be a cancellation on that. If still unable to, you may have to go to your bank and change your card number or get them to decline transactions to the account your subscription is accessing.
