You need to contact the manufacturer and ask them. Get a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from them before sending it back. They may even pay for return shipping. Also some stores will take things back if you haven't had it for very long.

I bought CAMINO ISLAND Amazon sent the wrong book. How do I return it ?


Contact Amazon via email or 800 number. They will give you a "RMA" number and may send you a prepaid ship label. But as you said "large print" so unless that was specified in the link you bought it from its probably your shipping bill.
I have never had a issue with amazon on returns thought.

I want to send back a raised toilet seat the person I got it for does not want it now.it has not been on the toilet .it is still in its packing.


Contact the place that you bought it from. They will give you instructions on how to return it. Some places require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to accept returns. They can provide the RMA number if it is required. Some places will even send a free shipping label.

If your tablet is still within 1 year of the original purchase from GameStop you can return under the manufacturer warranty for a replacement tablet. As long as there is no other physical damage to the tablet screen then it should be covered under the warranty.

Go to Contelusa.net and select the SUPPORT tab and then select RMA Portal for further return information.

At this point you'll want to return or RMA the unit to Archos for repair/replacement. You can find information on how to do this on their homepage.

Poor Print Quality from Electronic Labelmaker trnsp.gif Question I have an electronic labelmaker that is printing poorly. The print on the label is either very light, incomplete, or striped. How can I resolve this?
trnsp.gif Answer Proceed with the solutions listed below if you have an electronic labelmaker. If you have a LabelWriter printer that is printing poorly, click here.
Solution 1:
Replace the existing batteries with a new/fresh set of alkaline batteries. The print head requires a significant amount of battery power to ensure proper printing on the label. Light print on the label may be an indication that the batteries need to be replaced.
Solution 2:
Replace the existing tape cassette with a new tape cassette. Light printing may be an indication of bad label stock.
Solution 3:
Using the special brush supplied with your labelmaker (located on the inside cover of the cassette compartment) or a cotton swab with a soft solvent (e.g. rubbing alcohol), carefully clean the transporter roller and print head. Dust, dirt, or glue may accumulate on the rubber transport roller or print head inside the cassette compartment and adversely affect print quality.
If the solutions listed above do not resolve the problem, please contact DYMO Technical Support to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.
Obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number:
