Region free play

I have a Blaupunkt DVD ME2 and a DVD MER How can I make them region free Thanks

This problem means that the system doesn't recognize the presence of the disk.this could be because the the optical lens is dusty or worn out.you can manually clean the lens by opening the top cover then use a cotton buds moistened with an alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and gently wipe it on the lens.
The second that causes same kind of problem is a defective spindle motor.This motor is the one holding and spinning the disk.replacing this motor could solve the problem .If you are handy with electronics you can replace it by youreself or you can ask the help of your of an professional...

Probably won't happen. Usually, you get 4 region changes if the unit allows it to change. If there is no place on the menu to do this, then most likely it is not possible.

When I load a DVD it just continually spins and never starts to play
your laser lens may be dirty or you may have a bad laser assembly. if you can get to the cd mech try cleaning the laser lens with a qtip and isopropyl alcohol. use a very gentle touch when doing so, or you may scratch the lens.

Dvd dose not play
1. Insert any disc
2. Press Eject on remote (Once you eject, don’t pull the disc out)
3. Press DVD Setup on remote
4. Press 8800 on remote
5. Press DVD Setup on remote
6. Press Angle on remote
7. Region code number (0 : free, 1 : USA, 2: Europe)
8. Press (Skip Fwd) on remote.

No audio
FM station 88.1 or similar. Set radio to scan while dvd is playing. When the correct frequency is reached, you'll hear sound.
