Wont staple The green light flashes once I put paper in to staple and wont staple

It will not staple unless the sensor detects it is in contact with the surface to be staples for safety reasons.

There is a small micro switch in the slot where you insert the paper, have a look and find it, it may be jammed with a piece of paper or bend. Wd40 might help

If the pair is the green power light and the red paper light that are flashing, then you have a paper jam. You need to check the paper path (it's possible that a small piece of paper tore and is causing the jam).

The wireless board on the main motherboard must be checked to see if it has come loose. This presents as the charge orabge lamp works with the charger pluged in, On green light comes on when power switch pushed once and stays on without flashing. Pushing the power switch once more puts the green light out. Bruce

if it wont load your icons and freezes before your xmb, put it into safemode and try restoring the filing system. to get it into safemode...

hold down the power button while the console is in standby. the light will go from red to green.it will beep once flash green beep again, and then beep a third time. after the third beep the light will turn red.

once the light is red, take your finger off the power button and place it back on the power button. the light will go from red to green, beep once flash and then beep twice quickly. after it does the double beep, take your finge roff. the light will stay green and you'll get a screen asking you to connect the controller.

after connecting the controller, try option 3, or whichever option is restore filing system. this can possibly correct media loading and will 95% of the time fix the console when it freezes before loading up your icons(the xmb)

try to reset the printer by opeing the front cover and close it again.

try to rest the printer by opening the front cover (not the paper tray) and closing it again.

1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button.
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.
4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking.
6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not,
press the Power button once more.
8. Your printer should respond as normal..

The staplers are in the sorter, open the front door of the sorter and there is one toward the front and one toward the rear of the copier. They are marked with a Green Handle, you push up and they pull out. You may need a flash lite to see them. The inside of the door should show you how to install the new staples. Once they are installed the copier will run a staple test. Let it and if one of the two jam try to reinstall them again... Good Luck
