Edit PDF File in Microsoft Word 2013

Microsoft Office includes a new feature named PDF reflow which allows users to open PDF files in Word 2013 and do editing according to the requirement and you can save that file either as Word doc or PDF again. Through simple guide below you may know how to edit PDF in Word .

Edit PDF File in Microsoft Word

Step one

Open Word and then to open your PDF file from computer desktop navigate through menu File Open Computer Desktop

Step two

Word will take few minutes to convert PDF into Word Doc file so be patient and let it complete the process. When your file will get open click Enable Editing button

Now, you are enabled to do editing in your document just as you do in a normal Word file
Step three

When you finish editing save your file and navigate through File tab Save As and choose PDF format from the list of options followed by Save as type: or you can set it to Word Doc, it depends on your choice and then click Save button

Predecessors of Microsoft Word has embedded feature to save Word Doc as PDF file but it includes the ability to convert PDF into Word doc and then again save it to PDF, which is quite useful option.

Ever come across a webpage that you would like to save on your computer for future use? I do all the time when surfing the web for home and car repairs. If you try to save the webpage you will notice that you will not be able to save it in the easy to use PDF format. Simply Google Primo PDF and download the freeware, and in minutes you'll be able to save and email documents in PDF format.

Primo is very easy to use. Primo PDF will actually show up as a Printer option. So if you want to save my tip for future use just select Print from your file menu, change printer to Primo PDF pick the location you want to save it in, and click Create PDF. Primo PDF also offers you the option to email the PDF you just created. Cool, eh?

Cannot save PDF Files

There could be several reasons why you're unable to save a PDF file in PDF or DOC format. Some possible causes include:

The file is open in another program: Make sure the PDF file is not open in another program and try saving it again.
The file is locked or protected: Some PDF files may be locked or protected, which can prevent them from being edited or saved.
The file is corrupted: Sometimes files can become corrupted, which can prevent them from being saved. Try opening the file in a different PDF viewer, and if it opens without issue, then the problem might be with the viewer you were using.
Insufficient permissions: Make sure that you have permission to save the file in the location where you are trying to save it.

How do you save files as a .pdf rather than a .tif

You need to install a PDF print driver. When you print, select the PDF printer and then it will save it as a PDF file.

I try to scan docutment from 4521F, but i cant save a PDF file, only tiff, jpeg and some other graphic format file to save with, how could i save as pdf file from this 4521F samsung printer?

samsung scx 4521f didnt support to pdf format u can save as a word document then create pdf using pdf creator

How do I scan and save it in PDF?

First, scan and save document. Second, download this free neat tool. It will allow you to print as a PDF. When you open the document, you press print, choose cutePDF and it will save the file as a PDF to location of your choice. Hope this helps!

I have the Printmaster Platinum Version17 , I cannot save to pdf files?

1. In Tools/Options/General Options, check the box beside "Optimal Printing Resolution".
2. Go to File/Printer Setup/Printer Setup.
3. Under "Name" select Broderbund PDF Converter v2.10d
4. Next, go to File/Professional Printing.
5. Select "Save As PDF".
6. At the next screen, type the name of the PDF file you want to save in "Project Name".
7. Under "PDF Resolution", select 600 dpi.
8. Click on "Save As". In the next window, browse to the folder in which you want to save the file (for example: My Documents).
9. Click on the "Save" button.
10. PrintMaster will save the PDF file to the folder you selected.
11. Open the file in Adobe Acrobat to make sure all the elements and pages are there and that it looks as expected.
