Ntoskrnl.exe creates blue screen

When I try to play a certain game my laptop crashes with a blue screen error code 0xf4 and ntskrnl.exe seems to be the cause ill have the img herefile:///C:/Users/Owner/AppData/Local/Temp/7zOCA3E54A2/report.htmlalright well thanks please contact me at [email protected] if u find a solution

Well we cant see that image because it is not posted. The link shows it is on your hard drive. Also you need to tell us what the game is and the rest of the oxf4 code and what version of windows you are using.

Does the recovery CD give you the option to format your C drive? If not, you can try to get hold of a windows XP disk to do this.

Otherwise you might need to swap your hard drive

Hi,

Have you checked the configuration required by the game. Before installing any game, you need to check whether you have configurations that would run that game or not.

It seems that you might not have upgraded video cards. Some games require 3-D card as well.

Check the configurations and let me know.

sounds like you have sum spyware malaware or trojan on, google the following programs, kaspersky, xsoftspy, malaware, tune up utilitys 2009 will fix it, if it doesnt re install windows

That file is the kernel, the core file of Windows. Since it's that heavily corrupted the only way to fix it is to reinstall it.

Blue screen while gaming

Based on the error code, this issue has to dowith an external Hard drive working at high stress levels. Are you trying to run the games from a secondary HD? If so, try removing them and installing them on the primary HD.

ok if your getting frequent blue screens your laptop cant handle whatever your doing on it, usually it means the power supply isn't powerful enough to run your gear or you've got to much junk on your laptop taking up memory try run a hdd cleanup wizard, if this doesn't work get back to me and we will go from there

Did you install anything on your computer right before this happend to you??? Usually when this Dreaded Blue Screen comes up its a hardware issue, You may have installed Memory, USB, ECT... check that out and remove some of your memory first and see if that helps you out any. try also a F`12 or F8 start. see if that helps you out any, Get back to me if you have any other Questions Thanks Bear001
