that is a fuser overheat code suggest you have a techintion repair or replace the fuser

Hello sir; U-1 means main drive unit have problem such as main motor, gears, belt etc.

It can not copy. When I power on after 30 seconds the copier show U4 in the screen and do not work.

Error code means that:
H2 Thermistor Open

You will need to replace the main drive motor assembly.
That stepper motor is a common fail item.
You have to remove the rear cover, the MFSYS and MCU board assembly to access that motor.
