Plastic gear left wheel does not drive. I took it apart and one of the plastic gears is already worn down. How to I fix this. Is there somewhere I can buy a new gear?

Unless you want to replace these gears You can make this mower into a push mower by taking the wheels off and disconnecting the gear drives. One time I took wheels off the front and put on the rear and rear off the back and put on front. In order for this to work all four wheels have to be the same size.

I don't know any site selling power pack gears.
Maybe ebay has gears or sells used power pack.

Easiest thing might be buy cheap plug-in timer, set power pack to override, and plug power pack into cheap timer.

Intermatic does not sell the timer module separately, or the gears.

On your model I beleive these wheels are driven with small gears inside the inside diameter of the wheels. If the shaft is turning, then you probably have a gear problem. Remove a wheel and inspect both the wheel, and the small gear. They are prone to wear.I'd suggest replacing all four parts if worn.

The left blade on a BD 2300 bread maker did not turn when neading the dough. I took it apart by removing the six screws in the bottom of the case and the screws inside around the bottom outer edges of the metal insert. I then removed the screws holding the motor assembly to the base. I found that the metal plate attached to the paddle shaft driven by the gear had torn through the plastic gear, and was no longer driving the paddle. I made a new plate with the end bent down 90 degrees so that it fitted into a slot in the plastic gear. This is much stronger and the breadmaker now works fine. This is a weakness in the design and the failure could occur on either paddle. failures of the left paddle could be due to the toothed belt breaking, this drives from the right paddle gear. There is also a belt between the motor and the left paddle gear.

You have some gears that are worn down and not meshing well.

I have a Craftsman self-propelled lawn mover on which the right-side front wheel will not turn when the belt is engaged. I removed the wheel and found that the plastic gear teeth on the inside diameter of the wheel were worn down. The metal gear on the shaft is still in good shape. This has happened before, and the fix was to replace the wheel.

I had the same problem and took the steering wheel apart on the left side where the lift motor is. There is a plastic gear that controls your lift that is stripped out. I went to the dealership and they wanted $500 for the assembly, they wouldn't sell just the gear. I went home and after I thought about it a while came up with the idea to turn the gear around backwards since the teeth on that side were in good shape. I put it back together and it has worked great ever since. This should work for you with very little effort. I do now however do not hold or apply alot of pressure to the wheel when it is lifting as this is what causes this problem in the first place. Hope this helps you. Todd

If you take the wheels off and remove the belt from the small pulley on the the front axle underneath the pulley you should see a small transmission. You usually can split this unit in half . You will see two gears and sometimes one plastic and one metal. The plastic one is usually the culprit. Hope this will help you out. Donnyb60

when reassembling bluray player you must take care to activate the side tracks (blackbars) back and forth , there should be very little play in the mechanism! there is also an aluminum wing towards the back underside of the blu ray drive. the wings have nipples at the tips that slide in the blackbars. finally put the top lid on, but dont screw it on tight yet. insert a dvd and then tighten the 5 black screws after smooth enrollment. hope this helps. if you like we can do it for you for $30

I have a left over set of these plastic gears that I can send to you. The motor bracket on mine snapped. I took it apart to check. It looks unrepairable.
