Question about HP Computers & Internet
I try to connect my HP pavilion laptop to the philips TV using the HDMI output and got the message "no signal". other sources via the same HDMI input works well !!
Boot into safe mode or VGA mode and reduce the resolution to 800 by 600 and set the refresh rate to 60. After this, reboot normally and check the box to have your video to display only the settings that work for your system, and choose the desired resolution, and refresh should be 70-85 to reduce flicker. Appears as tho your video card is set too hot for the monitor.
MORE: In safe mode or vga mode you may not be able to adjust the settings. Fine. After a reboot, you may be able to start normally and the vga settings might still be there (640x480). Then you can adjust them.
