The printer does not print blues, they print pink and the black has a reddish tint to it. I have replaced the cartridges and cleaned the print heads - but that does not work either.

Try printing a test page, which shows a sample of the colors in the ink cartridge individually, usually yellow, cyan and red. It may be that the blue ink is getting low. You did not say whether you were printing text (black) or photos (color).
Try to the clean the nozzles of your color cartridge. Refer to this article in the Lexmark website on How to Clean the Print Cartridge Nozzles with the Lexmark X7350. If problem continues, try to insert a different known working cartridge to deternine if your color cartridge is faulty.
On this machine you have to install inks with power on and use the ink button and choose replace ink. If you just plug them in it won't register and reset the counts. You may need to run clean cycles at least twice to get proper colors.
I'd like to help if I can. These printers have 4 cartridges. One black, one magenta (reddish), one cyan (blue) and one (yellow). The text and pictures are printed with a combination of these inks. When one or more is low, printing will be as you described. Your situation seems to be that you are out of black (so the cyan is trying to help and can only print blue) and you are probably out of yellow so the magenta is trying to do what it can. If you'll change all of the cartridges, I am pretty sure that you will have your problem solved.
Finally, there is a great place to get cartridges for your printer. The link is:
You are experiencing a printer cartridge problem. Sounds like some of the colors in the print cartidge have run out, either that or the nozzles are clogged. Run a nozzle check from the printer software, if it does not fix, try a new color cartridge.
