There could be another coin in the drain pump, jamming it.
With power disconnected..........Does the pump turn by hand in both directions?

SOURCE: Washing machine will not drain

Please fill your washer with a very small amount of water, turn it to spin and tilt it back. You should be able to see the belt on the bottom turning your pump. I ask you to verify this because imporper belt tension or a bad thrust bearing can keep it from turning improperly. If it turns freely on this test, Then you have something plugged up. Drain the water out. Next unhook the hose that goes between the tub and the pump at the tub side. You can get sock or other small articals of clothing in there that will prevent draining. If that is clear. It is likely you have had another coin go through your hose that goes between the pump and the wall. They can get quite a ways in there and maytag hoses get smaller right before they end. If you have a coin in this area you will need to work it all of the way back to the pump side of the hose.

Model MAH 7800 drain pump will not run, door locks, tub spins, water drains by gravity

Well your drain pump needs attention for sure. There could be an object lodged against propellers or it may need to be relaced. Try unplugging the connector that goes to the pump and plugging back in. Also try tapping the the motor part of the drain assembly while in spin cycle before replacing. Good luck.

Stops mid-cycle, does not drain, displays nd error code?

Hello.
That code is telling you that the unit is draining to slow. After 15 minutes it is not below the low water level and will not spin out. The best repair for this is to replaced the pump on your unit.

WFW9200SQA12 F22 code problem

The problem you are experiencing is a Long Drain error. You need to check the drain pump reservoir and drain lines for obstructions. the following link explains how:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r385845-checking_drain_pump_in_whirlpool_duet

If cleaning the pump does not correct the problem, it is recommended by the manufacturer that you replace it. It does not take much to permanently damage these small pumps. If anything has been lodged in the intake if the pump for any significant period of time, the motor and/or impeller may become damaged. This results in a pump they "appears" to be running, but may not be pumping anything.

In addition, check the drain hose that runs from the bottom of the wash tub to the intake side of the drain pump. I have personally found small articles of clothing lodged in this area blocking the drain pump. Garments bags are highly recommended for small articles to prevent this.

I hope you find this information helpful. if you require additional assistance, please let me know.

Door won't open on Samsung washer

This has happened to me twice. Both times I found the drain pump seized up with
1st time) The right rim from a pair of reading glasses
2nd time) A plastic toothpick
Both times the object was in the discharge port of the pump. You can see this by lifting the check valve with the pump removed. Removing the pump is simple. Unplug the washer. You have to remove the drain line from where its attached to the rear of the machine (one screw) to remove the rear access panel which slides into upper and lower slots. You will see the pump with an inlet and discharge line attached. The lines have simple squeeze clamps. When you remove the lines, you will drain the wash basin so have towels and a squeegie handy. Remove both lines and wait until the basin drains. When it stops draining remove the pumps electrical connector by squeezing the release catch on it while pulling it. The connector can only go on one way. Remove the 3 hold-down bolts on the pump baseplate. Remove the pump and lift open the discharge check valve and you'll find something there I guarantee it. Remove with needle nose pliers and re-assemble in reverse order.
This is actually a good design because the computer protects the pump by sensing a higher than normal current draw when foreign debris gets jammed in it. It will trigger the ND (No Drain) code and sometimes lock the door. Always check this first before you call the expensive repair man. If its not a jammed pump it will most likely be the control panel/processor. Good luck and always clean out pockets before loading the washer to prevent this,

Washer not spinning or draining

Same problem.  Water wouldn't drain, no trouble codes, door wouldn't unlock.  When the Rinse and Spin cycle or Drain cycle was selected all I got was a growling humm from the pump.  Clued in by the above postings I pulled the washer away from the wall, tipped it back so it leaned against the wall with the bottom fully exposed and removed the plastic panel covering the bottom (underneath - 4 screws) of the machine.  The small pump was just where these postings said it would be, top right of the bottom opening. Disconnect the two drain hoses from the pump. Mine were connected with hose clamps that I removed with just my thumb and fore-finger.  I had two quarters AND a nickel lodged inside the pump and was able to coax them out without removing the pump. Replaced the hoses and bottom panel, tipped upright and I was back in business - didn't even have to unplug (Its never a bad idea to do so) or disconnect the water hoses.
  • Total time spent: including searching for these posts and random dead-end trouble shooting - 1.5 hours.
  • Tools: 1 Phillips screwdriver.

Washer won't drain

My washing machine did the same thing. Stopped at 11 minutes and would spin but not drain the water out. No money spent just time. I took the front panel off and back in the right hand corner is a drain that has 2 hose clips on. Take them off and look inside the white plastic part connecting this and inside you will proubly find money wedged up in their. I had several various change in their but the one was the 2 nickels that was lodged perfectly in their that would not allow the water to pump out. After I removed them and put it back works perfectly.
