Sony 36 xbr

Our tv recently started having faint green and black stripes in background of picture.  We do not know what to do about it.

    It happens on all inputs. There are green horizontal lines that fade in and out depending on program.  The model is KV-32xbr250 made in july 1999.  Thanks for your time.

I have a 70 inch Bravia XBR 70X850B which up until yesterday green/red/pink vertical line that runs across the middle of the screen.

Hello,

Your power supply board is dead, do you know basic electronics' and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors.These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get your TV power stable,and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

I hope this will help in solving the problem..

Blue line across top of my Sony XBR 60


KDF-60XBR950 replaced bulb, but no picture. It DOES have a solid green light when on.

just need to balance the three colors red,green and blue that may help remove the front covers and look for black module that have sccree and focus controls just move a little bet left or right be carefull because you can loos the picture e-mail me for more info

posible solution is adjust the screen to low.also check the trimer if it is working.check the resistor in the heater line...weng
