SOURCE: When pressing the program button

If you're doing it from the proper phone and it's a TA series, press 0. What does the display say now?

Dial 2 digits for year month day, day of week (0 being Monday) hh:mm: and 0 for AM or 1 for PM and STORE. So, in my U.S. based box I'd dial 101015506401 STORE

SOURCE: Stored numbers/using *xx to dial a number

You need to go into the programming mode and re-program the speed dealing, which is stored centrally on the CPU, I have one of these systems in my loft. Remember all programming must be done from a systepnone/handset.

When I try to make a call with my Panasonic kx-td7895w cordless phone, it says in the display "PITS-PGM NO?" What does that mean??

That depends on what you have the phone connected to. There's a switch on the base that referrs to EMSS. It's a dual Panasonic SYSTEM phone or Single line cordless. The PITS-PGM NO? means you've pressed the PROGRAM button in the EMSS mode.

Need help clearing and programming in new speed dials

I actually found the "Installation Manual" to accomplish this. Switch the button on the top front of the phone to "Program". Then the screen will show a "PITS-PGM NO?" display. Type in "*" then "#" and it will ask you for the "PASSWORD". Type in your 4 digit password, the default one is "1 2 3 4". When you enter it in correctly, it will display "SYS-PGM NO?". This is where you can enter in the "number" associated with the task you are trying to perform. For speed dials, it was 001. For date and time it was 000. Using certain buttons on the phone you then navigate accordingly. Hope this helps!

Changing date on Panasonic KX-T7731

If it is displaying "101:" that is your extension. You can press the * key (with phone on the hook) to scroll your display through date and time formats and to display your extension.

When it says "PITS-PGM NO" you will need to press one of the buttons on the numerical key pad to choose a function to change.
