In most cases, this is a problem with the inverter or a bad magnetron.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer.

You can find one here:

My Siemens Combi microwave oven is working but the microwave cuts out after 3 seconds.

WARNING: If you are not qualified to work on microwaves, LEAVE IT ALONE and call an expert. There is an HT Capacitor in all microwaves that can hold enough charge to KILL YOU, unless you know how to dicharge it.
The problem sounds like either the HT transformer or Magnetron are overheating, or there is a faulty temperature sensor on one of them.
Also, If the fan is working, it could be that it has been obstructed or blocked and not moving enough air over the Transformer or Mag.
If it is none of these, either the Transformer, or Magnetron are faulty.

Food still cold after cooking

Is this a combi oven? If it is not-and only a micro then there is no heating element. Try it on micro(if its a combi) with a mug of water for approx 30 seconds to test it. If its a combi-is the micro function still working?

Panasonic Microwave Problem

Even though these are different symptoms, the same part may be causing both.

If the digital programmer circuit / controller does not get a feedback signal from the inverter for a period of 3 seconds, the controller will stop the cook cycle.

If it stops after 22 seconds, that means the controller has detected a problem, usually a problem with the inverter or a bad magnetron.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

You can find an authorized Panasonic servicer here.

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

Let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.

If it stops at 16 seconds and is a sensor model, it probably has a defective humidity sensor.

If it stops after 22 seconds, that means the controller has detected a problem, usually a problem with the inverter or a bad magnetron.

If you do indeed have a problem, Since it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty. I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.

I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer.

Power Problems on NEFF H7871 Combi Microwave

It would seem there is a bad connection in the fuse holder or in the wall socket or in the microwave itself. Maybe you can narrow it down to the microwave by trying other devices in the wall socket. If it's the microwave, it's time to call for serivce.
