CANNOT VIEW PICS SENT TO LG RENOIR KC910 PHONE.

I HAVE THE ABOVE PHONE BUT AM ON A VODAFONE NETWORK, I HAVE BEEN INFOMRED BY VODAFONE THAT THEY DO NOT SUPPORT LG SETTINGS AND I NEED LG TO DOWNLOAD THE SETTINGS SO AS I AM ABLE TO VIEW PICS SENT. I HOPE YOU CAN ASSIST WITH THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM ON MY BEHALF.

Normally you'll need Vodafone to send you both the MMS and Internet connection settings. Then once received an save take your battery out of the handset without switching it off, remove your SIM for 10 seconds. Put it back together and send yourself a MMS and you should now be fully set up.

Alternatively here are Vodafone's settings:

Access Point Name: wap.vodafone.co.uk
Username: wap
Password: wap
Authentication: Normal
Data bearer: GPRS
Gateway IP (proxy) address: 212.183.137.12
Session mode: Permanent
Port number: 9201
MMS Message (Relay) Server URL: http://mms.vodafone.co.uk/servlets/mms/

You have not mentioned the network area where you are located and if the service provider has given you the message center number to be put into the message settings, then the phone must be able to send the message. if not remove and delete any other center number that was entered earlier also you try and reset the phone.

Hi All I got a LG Renoir and am in new zealand using vodafone nz. the network signal says full and has an icon saying 3G+ Problem is at times at the same place it says no network coverage or emergency...

There are variations from brand to brand and even from device to device of the same brand/model. Try turning on the "GSM only" in Network/SIM card settings.

If you have purchased from a local retail store of an authorized dealer, I hope you should have to have the correct radio version relevant to your area.

Try updating if there are any. If it is still under warranty, claim for an exchange.

Otherwise, you could try installing a different and correct firmware for your region using various methods(There are plenty, google will help)

Phone locked

to unlock kc910 lg renoir first remove sim card then turn on phone press call then
type in your keypad 2945#*910# then select
unlock usim then select network lock and type in 0792034201079318 then select ok
your phone in now unlocked

ezy! put your usb. that open a window on your phone select the first one. that on you pc open window choose "open file". and than search the photos in "pics" file, and you can copy or cut the photos

Hi, i have a LG renoir (KC910) and need to unlock it so i can use other networks. How do i do this?

If it's a GSM phone ( uses a SIM card) you can google for unlock codes and find many sites that will give you one for a small fee.
