We have tried to change the voicemail on our phone but unfortunately We cannot find any information easily available online with any of the information on how to do that. We have no messaging button option on the phone to change to voicemail message and we could really use some help with this issue. Please tell me the easiest way to access and change my voicemail message.

hold you finger for 5 seconds on the page (or find hs) button, that usually clears the blinking beep/light!!!
also make sure no old messages are in the VM inbox!
This worked for my phone!

Do you also have a telephone-company provided answering feature on your line (such as Verizon's home voice mail)? I've known other people who got this service as part of a package from their phone company without realizing it, and had just the same trouble. Your callers may be reaching that instead of your answering machine.
Most companies alert you to waiting messages through "stutter dialtone." When you pick up your handset you'll hear two or three short bursts of dialtone before it goes steady. This is your signal to pick up your voicemail messages. Are you hearing this?
Check with your telephone service provider if you are unsure. If your telephone answering machine says it hasn't taken any messages, the full box message must be coming from them.

If you have a voice mail box set up, and you don't use your answering machine for messages, that would be something that is set up through your phone company (AT&T, Verizon, etc.).
Typically, to access your voicemail, you would dial your home phone number, and then when your message picks up (either the automated message or your personal greeting) press the asterisk or star key (*) and then enter your password. Depending on your particular voicemail, you may have to hit the pound key (#) after your password as well. Then, once you are logged in, the system should tell you whether or not you have any new messages, and if you do, generally you would press "1" to hear them.
Hope that helps! If you can't get in to your voice mail or your password doesn't work, you would have to contact your local phone service provider for assistance.

Hi, are the messages been stored on the phone now or are they been stored with your phone provider, the problem is most phone providers now offer their own answer phone service so unless you ring their answer phone number to get your messages you never know you have got any.
so i wouldnt say this is a problem with the phone i would say its with your provider, now the problem is if your phone normally holds the messages on its own messaging service then the best thing to do would be to call your service provider and tell them your phones have it own answer phone and you want to use that instead of their answer phone service.
a lot of people have had this same problem, your phone has its own answer phone but the answer phone is getting picked up by your service providers answer phone and to get the message you have to call their answer phone service, so if you want to use your phones answering service then you need to stop the one your phone provider has set up for you
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
