Set Heat Issue

I have had my heater running over 24 hours and it has not gotten above 62 degrees when I have it set for 71. We just bought it - it did not have the box maunual or remote. We were in desperate need because they are sold out locally

Fan works but no heat

look to see if the safety fuse is open you can do that by using a continuity test on the heating element.

I tried the little buddy heater in my golf cart and as soon as I move the cart the heater goes out what can I do to stop this

This is not going to work in your golf cart. This is propane based heater with a pilot light. It will go out if you drive because of the wind blowing on it. I also believe all Mr. Heaters have a tip hazard turn off. I know the two I have do. If you really want heat in your cart I would recommend an extra battery, an inverter and a porcelain electric heater. Could be made to work very nicely in your cart.

My propane outdoor heater lights and generates heat on low but when i turn control to high the flame and heat do not increase

The troubleshooting manual says low fuel, low fuel and cold weather and kinked supply line. Beyond this I would need to know if something happened to the unit like it fell over or was taken apart. Best, Joe 1_31_2014_3_36_44_pm.png

I followed the instructions to a T. I turned my iHeater on using the--O switch located on the back. I adjusted the desired room temperature to 74 degrees. I adjusted the room size to Large. The iHeater...

I would read the customer reviews on this product , looks like nearly 70% of consumers are less than happy with this unit.

1500 watts is the units peak output, and drops to around 600 as it warms up. My hair blower puts out more power.

1500 watts is LESS than the output of a small element on your stove top. The real measure of heat is not watts, its BTUs and btus from gas are much cheaper than they are from electricity.

A ERR comes up on my American comfort heater

Remove power for some time and switch on after few hours , this might reset any error on the processor , if not the error could be due to fault indication of a failure within the heater, could be the infra or the element.

Are electric patio heaters bad for the environment?

there has been some debate about it, in America they are seen as environmentally friendly, but in the UK they are seen as more carbon intensive
