I cannot get ethernet on my other computer
If the LAN is on board, it could be that Windows XP has no drivers for it and so the motherboard cd should be used to drive all the devices on board. Alternatively, you can get a cheap LAN card that is Windows based ok. However, first go to the Device Manager to check whether the drivers for the ethernet are installed.
