i think you enter a wrong code for almost 5 times or more..it will fix with z3x samsung box..go to cellphone shop near you and they will un-freeze it by using z3x samsung box...
Samsung UpStage SPH-m620 UNLOCKING YOUR KEYPAD theirs a button that you slide up and down. ... (you may try to push it but it wont work... you need to slide the button.) I had to go to my sprint store to figure this out.. :)
Did the key pad froze before you took the battery off? If so, it mean the keypad is damaged. If you have insurance, you may call customer service and have it replaced for a new one.
If it frozed after you shoot it off, you might call customer service from another phone and they might help you to unlock your phone.
