5 orange blinking light after cleaning printerhead Canon ip3000

I recently clean my printer head for my Canon ip3000. I follow all the good suggestions from all the fine folks on the net. I clean it with water, Windex, and un-natural alcohol. Being careful not to damage any of the electrical parts. When I go to install the newly cleaned printer head, I get 5 blinking orange light. It seems the printer does not recognize the printer head. Any suggestion??? Thanks

Canon s520x printer; error-message "Cartridge not Installed!"

Buy a new printer! Honestly. What likley happened
it that the brown ribbon connector on the back of the frame that
holds all the ink wells has become ripped off or torn from
the green circuit board. This means that there electrical connection is gone, and the printer can't sense the frame
is in place.

This likely happened when you were cleaning it!
It's impossible to repair yourself, you need a new
black frame. And....you can't buy one separately.
You practically need to buy a whole new printer.

Sorry....

Michael
