    The developer unit assembly need to empty the toner. then install the toner again or check sensor.

How to Clear Error- 000716-0010 in Canon IR2870 Copier?
E716 - There is an error in the communication with the pedestal.
After the presence of a pedestal has been detected, the communication fails to be normal for 5 sec.
1. Check the cable. Replace the DC controller
2. PCB. Replace the pedestal drive PCB.

Oh, it looks like your ImageRunner's fixer unit (the heater thermistor it uses to regulate temperature) burned out or disconnected on you. http://canon-ir-6000.blogspot.com/2009/02/e000-main-cause-main-thermistor-th1-has.html
Find that little sensor leading up to the coils and replace it.
Otherwise, say that again in just Hindi?

I have a canon IR 2870 Photocopier it detected error E000000-001
there is something wrong with your copier's fixing unit.FIxing unit is located on upper side of drum unit.you can see when you open copier left door.a caution about heat is displayed there.the main reason of this error is your fixing unit heater not working or its heat is not detected by thermisters.
check all connection , check heater status,check thermister contact or wiring .replace heater or replace fixing unit.
