Question edited for full make and model.
Question moved from Cameras to a Strada.
The easiest way it to use a smartphone and the Camera Feature on the Google Translate App. It translates in real time what you are seeing. Look for Settings - Language.
The variants of panasonic strada differ in what languages they offer.
As you have inspected the manaul for this one and found no way to change the language, I can only refer you to the customer support option which includes chat. I have inspected another variant's manual which does include instructions to change the audio. I suspect the absence of such in your manual is suggestive the feature is not available. You can of course look at the manual page 94 that I offer the link to but you might be better off contacting the customer support which I include a link to following the link to the variant manual. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/360975/Panasonic-Strada-Cn-Nvd905u.html?page=94#manual
But in any case, language changing is usually the first screen on initial setup. If you get a screen of language with two buttons, on the lower left and on the lower right, you probably should select the left-hand button, then select one of (possibly three) languages.

Insert the region map DVD from Panasonic for your exact model and run it.
I don't think this is possible because Panasonic manufactured this machine for the Japanese market only.
I think this type of GPS is made specially for Japan area, and to change language and maps for your location in order to be working on your locations, the original panasonic DVD operation/setting disk is required which should be provided with panasonic strada GPS
Note: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software free.
When you download the manual and save it to your Documents folder, be sure to give the downloaded file a file name you can find again easily - maybe: Panasonic Strada CN-NVD905U.
The instructions for changing the language are on Page 19 of the manual.
