Mulcher repair

follow this steps and fix it. God bless you

Clutch

If the chainsaw chain does not engage the clutch assembly might be worn out. The clutch is similar to an automotive clutch. The chain sprocket is attached to the clutch drum and there are clutch pads underneath. As the pads wear out the clutch assembly no longer engages with the motor and the chain does not engage either.

Clutch Band kit

Chainsaws are equipped with a clutch band, a steel band that wraps around the clutch drum and is activated by the emergency stop lever. If the lever does not disengage the chain does not engage. Check to be sure the stop lever is disengaged. Adjust the clutch band if necessary.

I get an error code PE on Samsung washer WA5451washer

PE error code is a pressure sensor code, and more than likely the sensor will need to be replaced. Try unplugging the unit for about 5 minutes and see if it will clear it out. If not, will need to replace pressure switch and hose (switch looks like a little UFO under the console, pretty easy job.

After fiiting a new clutch cable and clutch return spring i can not get the clutch to engage what have i done wrong

Take off clutch lever. If it engages fully, check for a worn bearing in lever. Otherwise you have adjusted it improperly or the least possible cause, you did not install spring properly. If when lever is off and clutch still does not engage, remove cable from spring. If clutch engages you either have a faulty cable or somehow you have it bent to far or pinched it..

What kind of parts are insde the chain sprket cover where the cluth line enters the case . My cluth line is tight not engageing. I looked at pictures on the ent apartently im missing like a a piece of...

This is inside the casing cover. Just a lever for the clutch cable to connect to, a spring, The clutch release mechanism, a seal and a clutch push rod. The clutch release has a threaded screw for adjusting the clutch and a locking nut for the screw. The only other thing is a metal bracket.

What exactly is the problem? The lever is hard to pull? The clutch won't engage to make the bike go forward? The clutch will not dis-engage, the motor will not stop driving the bike forward? What?

Why does my motorcycle stall when I change from neutral to first even with the clutch fully engaged?

This usually means the clutch is going bad or is bad. Does it seem to shift hard when you are normal shifting? You should be able to shift with the lever pulled 3/4 of the way back with no surging or hard shift. I would start with replacing the clutch or having it checked out.

Clutch

Press the clutch lever in,  if it's soft it's still air bound and needs to be bleed.   Press the clutch in and it's hard but smooth, see if it's moving your cluth lever on the engine,  if not again try bleeding line till all air out. Press the clutch and everything external to engine is moving ,  you have internal clutch problems.

Wire clutch adjustment

dunno if that's backwards. Anyway: adjusted to just minimum sane play it barely engages with the lever fully in. If I would have to adjust the lever to any shorter position (for smaller hands) it would probably not engage fully. I understand there is an adjustment at the clutch arm down behind the gearbox. If I adjust there what will happen? I'm guessing I can wind that one in a bit then loosen the wire a bit. Will this solve the problem or will I be back at where I am now?,The arm only has limited travel, and there is a screw adjustment between the arm and the end of the clutch push-rod. Not sure what it is on the 1100s; it could be a hex headed bolt or an allen grub, but it's a bugger to get at because the swinging arm is so close. There's going to be some sort of locknut which will have to be slackened first. Make small adjustments, screwing in towards the 'box, and trying the clutch lever each time. ,,,
