Usb power connector has become detached from the circuit board of my tom tom one xl what is the best way to reattach?

When those units are made they are baked to attached the parts to the board. The pieces are put in place robotically held by the solder flux. You need a very small tipped soldering iron and fine diameter rosin core solder. Be very careful because the pin connections are close together and you cannot short them with a blob of solder or the unit wont work.

I would like to know the order in which the colored wires are soldered to the circuit board?

Impossible to answer this question with so little detail. In general you follow the coding on the board, which should show what wire goes where, but that assumes the wires are not in any way energized with power at the time.

Error 68.2 on HP laserjet P4015n

If you are unable to solve this problem using above mention solutions then you can try this one. Open all covers and then detach the DC controller board that is shown In picture below. it is the back side of DC controller board.

With this DC controller board you can see another small circuit bard that is attached with DC controller board with a white (ribbon) cable. I found two printers with this error when I examine the board I found that the thin print wires are broken as shown in the following picture. I have to connect these wires with soldering and now it is working fine.

If these printed wires are ok then you can check the ribbon cable .check all connectivity with Multimeter.
First you solve this problem with software.
Then try to find disconnected wires or dry soldering on circuit board.
Last you change the Dc controller board because the problem is in surly in DC controller board.

My onida 21" black color

Possible there is a fault in soldering. Poor joints in the CRT base circuit of the CRT tube will result in poor connection after some use due to the fact the heating and cooling will detach off the leads. So use a good soldering iron to touch up all the points in your main board and the CRT board and it must work provided your tube is not faulty.

Mouse stopped working

My daughter's Vtec laptop had the same problem. The black wire in the base of the mouse had broken off and had to be re soldered. To open the mouse pad remove the four rubber feet under the mouse pad. Use a small screwdriver to remove the four small screws and then lift off the cover. Check all the wires to see if any are loose or broken. There are two small circuit boards inside. The black wire I mentioned connects to the smallest circuit board and the solder connection is on the underside of the board.

My tv flashes red three times and then beeps but no picture no sound. What do I do?

Do not panic! Do not throw your TV away like I wanted to! Here iswhat may be the solution for most of the members who have postedtheir complaints here recently. I am not an expert, but I followed allblogs from various websites and forums, and the conclusion was thesame;replace the convergence board for this model. I purchased itfromwww.partstore.com and since this Akai is the same model as theSamsung Model # HCN4226WX/XAA, buy the Samsung BP95-00142E Convergenceboard for $77. It came to about $85 after shipping. The Convergenceboard has two black STK ICs and two colors of wires, a gray kind and ablue kind, all which have 'pins' and can easily be unplugged fromthe circuit board in the TV. It is basically a complete system thattakes less than 30 minutes to install. It is a simple swap procedure, with no soldering. You only need the new board and a screwdriver! Removethe lower back board of your TV where the cables are plugged in (donot unscrew all the screws for the screen, as it is unnecessary, andmight just damage your screen if you are not careful.) It has a u-likeshape and comes off easy. Detach the gray wires connecting your oldboard to the rest of the circuitry, and detach the blue wires connectingthe old board to the circuitry. On the old board, there are connectorsmarked, from left, blue, green and red. Detach those from the old board, and mark the wires so that you may connect the correct the wires to thenew board. You then unscrew the only screw connecting the board to theTV,and unhook the board from the TV. Hook the new board to the hookswhich held the old board, and screw the lone screw to the board. Plugthe gray cables from the new board to the connectors where the graycables from the old board were, and do so for the blue cables. Connectthe multicolored cables to the blue, green and red, just as was done onthe old board. Reattach the cover and test the TV. Please do notreplacethe two STK ICs only. When I removed my old board, I realizedthat there was a burn mark, where the ICs were, but maybe it was a fuse. You may replace the ICs only to discover that it was another problem.Good luck, and I wish you all the best in the repairs. I just savedabout$100 for a repairman just to show up.
