please unplug the old keypad and get the new key pad

You need to get your phone checked. The computer is detecting hardware because its just the USB connection it has detected.

Take the battery out and let it reset... It hasn't been exposed to any magnets or anything like that?

I have the same issue with my Razor. None of the keys work, other that the on/off key.

press the menu key - the security code should be up now, if you have not change this code you should try entering 000000, this should give you access into the phone now...but if you need it unlock to work with any sim..

okay try this.....when the phone ask for it's lock code....press the menu key in the center the keypad......it should now be asking for the security code....let's hope that the person never changed the default code, meaning that the code should be 000000.
