hitesh it might be a problem of choosing setting just check that wether your SGH L700 Phone having any option follow

as i read about it its a duel mode phone so just check the sim setting of it
like china mobile and try to active its vodafone setting and confirm you internet plan has active or not


just click on settings in internet settings & then check for apn or wap internet just inter and check for setting of vodafone then select it restart you cell phone and then try becasue you cell phone is dual mode phone try this and let me know

The Vodafone SIM card will only work on the Vodafone mobile network. If you want to use different mobile provider then you need to purchase a new SIM card from that mobile provider.
If you intend to use your old mobile phone that was connected to Vodafone, then if this mobile phone is locked to Vodafone, then the new SIM card from a different mobile provider will not work in the old mobile phone unless it has been unlocked to allow you to use any SIM card/mobile provider.

did the software self install?maybe you need to updates it for your machine providing you have your account topped up.is the vodfone a prepay or contracted account?

If account then call vodafone,
if prepay,check sim card is working
also you could turn off your fire wall or set the permission levels on the fire wall to allow it to access the internet,

your anti virus protection levels may need adjusting also

Just replace or buy a new SIM card for your K3520, please note that the SIM card dedicated for Modem or internet need should not be used for voice call, although it works fine in fact.. but better not to do so! GoodLuck!
