The bolts will be either 6mmx1.25 or8mmx1.25. The 1.25 is the thread pitch . They are about 12-15mm long. The spanner size is 10mm. I hope you mean the viscous hub to water pump flange or is it the fan from the viscous hub

If it fell then the rugged movement may have caused a burst in the wire connection within the coil protective structure... or just a simple disconnection

assuming you have the 3.3 engine

Loose wire nuts, fell off? Damage needs to be better described

Secure the blade using some Loctite.
Check the others also.

if the lint screen is on top. remove the lint screen and remove two screws on the top of the dryer( where the lint screen sits) take the back panel off and you will see the fan housing on the left side of dryer when you are looking at the back of it. remove the screws holding the housing on and pull it back or remove. you may need to pop the top up to remove. you should be able to get what fell in there by just pulling it back a little though. good luck

Any Pentium 4 fan will do. The pc will not boot without a CPU fan plugged in.
