A10 fault indicates heater open circuit fault. Problem either heating element, or control board. Test element for correct continuity and resistence, if OK, replace controller
i have the same on my dishwasher and have just been looking on the net. Found out that the error code A10 means open/short circuit fill value traic. Whatever that means!!! and to book a service engineer. Hope that helps
