Cant open an i tunes account on my e-machiene pc

my orkut account cant open i enter my email and password but my orkut page is still redirecting and the pages are opening one by one and go on and on and on what can i doo?i delet all cookies and file but the situatuon is not solve...i try google chrome,mozilla fox and internet explorer but my orkut cant open ,,,my sis try to open my account on another pc ,she enter id and password and my account is open but on my pc the account is still redireecting only plz help me

Go to your CONTROL PANEL
then select SYSTEM
then select DEVICE MANAGER
This page will list all your computer's devices.
Locate your sound card
*a yellow triangle indicates errors*
Double click on your sound card, this will bring up another window
First tab GENERAL shows if device is working properly
Click on DRIVER to update/check on drivers, if you need drivers, it will search and locate them for you.

You may need to restart.

make sure the email address you mentioned is the same as the one you mentioned while registering the account

If you cant open your profile then there must something wrong with your account. You may enter it incorrectly or forgotten your account information. Your account also maybe deleted. Create a new profile.

Try rebooting the pc in safe mode and login as an administrator. Thereafter, you can either create a new admin account or try changing the password of the existing account.

yes when start your computer press F8 key then enter in safe mode there is administrator account then create your new admin account there and then restaret computer.
