How to turn off shuffle

Hi,

If you're playing music on the alexa, shuffle mode is usually the icon with to arrows itertwining. Please press that button once and the shuffle mode should be canceld. Otherwise, please consult your alexa instruction manual for the section related to playing music.

If Your music player is not playing Your music serially, then it means the shuffle of Your music player is on. When the shuffle of Your music player is on, then the music will randomly play the music on Your music library for You. To turn it off, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Your phones menu,
2. Select the Media center,
3. Go to the options and select shuffle,
4. Turn it off,
   
5. Go to Your music player and play a song.

This time the song will play serially or how it is arranged in the music players list.

keep hitting "back" until you get back to the menu and then you have to choose something else, like playing by artist or album.

when i open my ipod, it only turns green.

How long have you had the unit? If it's been a year and a half or 2 years your battery needs to be replaced. They loose their ability to retain a charge in that time frame, and when you test a good battery or a bad battery they will both read 3.6v as a tester does not put a load on the battery, meaning you have 3.6v when the unit is off but when it turns on (load) it drops to zero. You could also try resseting the unit, to do so follow these instructions. To reset iPod shuffle: Disconnect iPod shuffle from the computer (if connected). Move the switch on the back of iPod shuffle to the off position. Tip: When iPod shuffle is off, the green stripe by the switch is not visible. Wait 5 seconds. Move the switch on the back to the play in order or the shuffle position. The green stripe will be visible in either position. iPod shuffle is now reset. If after resetting iPod shuffle you are going to attach it to your computer, be sure to place the switch in the off position. If you were resetting as part of some troubleshooting steps, continue with those steps now. For general troubleshooting steps see the iPod shuffle troubleshooting and service FAQ.
