Emergency calls only and not showing service provider

Sounds like either your sim card isnt inserted correctly, or the slots arent turned on. sim card slot 2 is the slot closest to the phone, gold chip faces up, sim card slot one is slightly elevetaed off the phone, gold chip faces down. make sure it is inserted all the way down. perss fimly. then go to SETTINGS>DUAL SIM SETTINGS>DUAL SIM OPEN>CLICK OK. This opens up both sim card slots. after you find out which slot you are going to use, you can repeat these steps and only have opened the one you are using.

The solution for mine was in the settings. I tried opening SIM card 1 as it is supposedly the one furthest back. When I switched to dual sim, my unit worked! It will take this old fart a while to get used to using it, but so far two successful calls. Yay!
