it sounds as thow you got a faulty wall charger it happens a lot, and if its not than your battery is gone that happens when you leave it plugged up after its fully charged, it over heats the battery and eventually it will not charge

Try leaving it on the charger for a few hours and see if that helps.

The best thing to do right now is to exchange it to see if it is the phone itself.

Try leaving the battery in with it charging all night, if the phone won't turn on after that, you'll need to exchange it.
