Screen will not turn on - Samsung HL-T5076S 50 in. TV

You can try.. turn on the monitor if it just shows the white screen then turn it off then turn on instantly. Even then, if the screen continues to be white (blank) then turn off the screen, unplug the monitor then again plug it after a minute and check.

You have deactivated the screen rotation option.
Pull down your screen, press on the "more buttons" on your top right if you have to and press the "screen rotation" button do it turns active.

The power button might be stuck

STOP!

The unit has a fault on its power board and sustain board.
It turns off because the sensor is preventing some component from bacoming overheated and catching fire or damaging further components. Seel professional repair.

There is a power switch on both units. The second screen will get power if the power switch is turned off on the main unit.

I would reinstall windows sounds like the update corrupted it.

It sounds like one of you're screens has broken. What you have discribed is generally what happens one either the top or bottom LCD screen has broken.

If it is the top screen the bottom screen will flash for 1/2 a second and the DS turns off.

If it is the bottom screen the DS should still turn on but with no reaction from the screens. (the Ds will shut down immediatley after turning on)

try reformatting it.

my motherboard is connected correctly but when i turn it on, the screen remains off and i put the bios_wp thing on the motherboard correctly but it still wont turn on and the processor fan turns on but nothing appears on the screen and the screen works well....same as my problem did you get then solution
