Checking out and replacing the LCD screen on the Sony W810i is a pretty straight forward procedure.

I would take the phone apart and check the lcd connector first. Reseat it and try it out. If it is still white, your next step is to replace the LCD screen. This should then take care of the problem. A new LCD screen runs about 30 dollars from Ebay.

If it is showing charing even then dont switches on, then u must take it to the service centre, it seems that its on/off switch is broken

If the battery is fully charged and still it does not turn on then either the power button is faulty or the phone. Did the phone get a jerk, because sometimes even a small thud can snap some connection inside as everything is so very delicate inside. Is it under warranty? if yes then Nokia Care is the answer.

You will have to. On the verizon wireless website there's a program you can download called BackUp Assistant, the customer service rep informed me that if you download it you are even able to get all of your pictures on your old phone put on to your new one. The texts, im not so sure about.

Sounds like you have a defective battery. One can be purchased fairly cheap on ebay, or you might find one at your local phone store, but they will be much more expensive.
