I have a sony ericsson W580i that I have been connecting with my motorola S9 for a few months. All of a sudden I started noticing the same problem to where it will not connect. After trying everything else, as a last resort I removed the battery and the SIM card, waited a minute and put it back on. WORKED LIKE A CHARM

Your headset may also be called a HS850 (may look different) but the instructions would be the same. Instruction manual is here:>>>>>>>

How to use my H700 after charging ?

If tv is bluetooth capable, look under menus and pair with H700.
Phones if initially paired will simply need to have bluetooth 'active' (as by default it is usually off). - If not pair - you will need to go through menus under 'settings' to pair with the H700 (also at this point indicate that the H700 is 'trusted device').

0000 does not work as a passcode to pair my H700 to my LG phone. I have also tried 1234 and every other combo. What is wrong

The default code is either 0000 or 00000. That is, four or five zeroes.
You can set a new pairing pass code once you connect it to your phone by changing the pairing code from under the connected devices settings in your bluetooth menu.

My LG phone is asking for a passcode (Motorola H700). What is this?

It is the code need to have it paired to another device (e.g. phone, computer). For your headset it is hardcoded to '0000' (four zeros). The pairing process between any two bluetooth enbabled devices should be done only once. Once paired, all subsequent connectios between them are normally done by turning their bluetooth radio on and bringing them within each other's range.
By the way, if its user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
