Question about Pc America Restaurant Pro Express

Shift Report When our servers clock out, it takes about 10 minutes for the shift report to print.  Can anyone offer any helps or suggestions?  We are running RPE version 10.5.

On my Casio tk-t200 when I take the Z reading at teh end of the shift the total is cumulative and not for teh shift

It sounds like someone has taken an X report instead of Z. X will read but not reset. It will normally be the report BEFORE the one you just did. Check the top of the reports and they should show a Z at the top. If one shows an X, the next one will be two shifts of data. Make sure the key is in Z mode for re-zeroing.

Lost instructions for Shift Model No 1624965

I am trying to find the instruction manual for the Shift 3 FC Model 1624965 also!! The back says Made in China, Merchsource LLC, Foothill Ranch CA. Anyone? to print a server report you should be the admin if you are please check if you are in the whight mask to print the report

Cannot close shift for server

Try running the SHIFT SUMMARY report for the day in question. this might tell you.

Pc america pos problem with split tickets, cash splits do not show up on the servers report, we have to manually calculate the end of shift report and hope we get the correct figure

Ok having accepted there is no standard way of resolving this issue it can
be resolved easily with just two additional single line formulas (for us at
least with how we handle the rest of our procedure)

Need fax confirmation report .

1) Press <Menu>
2) Press Up or Down <Arrow key> to select "Fax"
3) Press <OK>
4) Press Up or Down <Arrow key> to select "Report Setting"
5) Press <OK>
6) Press Up or Down <Arrow key> to select "Transmission" or "XMIT Report"
7) Press <OK>
8) Press Up or Down <Arrow key> until the option you prefer appears:
  • OFF - Transmission verification report will print only if a fax is unsuccessful
  • OFF+IMAGE - Transmission verification report will print if a fax is unsuccessful with a portion of the fax first page
  • ON - Transmission verification report will print after every fax transmission
  • ON+IMAGE - Transmission verification report will print after every fax transmission with a portion of the fax first page
9) Press <OK>
10) Press <Stop/Exit>

How can I print a fax confirmation on a specific outgoing fax

Checking a report for the transmission result (?TX Report? function) A report containing the transmission results can be printed. The machine can be set to either print or not print the transmission report or to print it according to the machine setting or only when a transmission fails. To print the transmission report 1 Press the [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax mode screen. 2 Touch [FAX Menu]. 3 Touch [TX Report] on the Set 1 tab. 4 Select how to output the report, and then touch [Enter]. ? Default: The transmission report is printed according to the previously specified method. For details, refer to ?Specifying report output settings (Report Settings)? on page 10-48. ? ON: The transmission report is printed with each transmission. ? If TX Fails: The transmission report is printed only if the fax could not be sent. ? OFF: The transmission report is not printed, regardless of the transmission result.

Sales wrong on Shift Report!

cALL pca AND cOMPLAIN tHEY KNOW ABOUT THIS AND HAVE NOT FIXED THE ISSUE, tHEY JUST COST ME SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARE IN LOSSES BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT MAKE THERE SOFTWARE DO MATH CORRECTLY.
