My daughter and I have the same phone, same service. It seems I can't service in a lot of places where I should be able to. My daughter's phone had all bars when we were out the other night, I had none. I open my phone, I can see all the bars disappear. Why would this be happening?

I believe that puk blocked means that the sim or smartchip card is locked and the service provider needs to give you the code to unblock it. This is a seperate problem than a phone that is locked to a particular network provider. That is something which you can search online for places to purchase the unlock code.
1.There might be temporary network congestion from the service provider end .......Check in different area and handset ......If there is no problem when tried in different handset ...
2.Install Blackberry desktop Manager ...Take Backup.. Reinstall the Software ....
3.if still not happening contact service center as there might be any hardware problem.
I find the HTC touch drops many more calls than other phones I've had. Just doesn't seem to be able to hold a weak signal very well. On my way home from work, I had 2 places where I dropped calls. When I got the HTC Touch, I now have about 4 or 5 places where I lose calls. One additional place is sitting at my desk at work. Very frustrating!
