Voicemail says its full and i don't know how to delete it.

When i call my voice mail on my LG Rumor 260, it says that its full. I have no idea how to delete them even though I go to messages and delete them there. Also, whenever I turnoff my phone and then turn it on, it shows I have a voicemail every single time, even when no one calls me. How can I make it stop doing that?

Assuming that you have voicemail oh your service plan with this phone, there should be a voicemail number that you call to get your messages, Many phones assigen the number 1 for this function, but if in doubt, ask your service provider.

Voice mail is full do not know how to empty it

Many people confuse voice mail with answering machines. Most of the time if you have voicemail that is provided by your phone company you will hear a stuttered dial tone when you pic up the reciever. If this is what you hear you should call the service provider and they will explain how to retreive your messages and delete the old ones. Are you able to listen to you messages? If you have voice mail, you do not need the answering machine turned on on your phone.
