Blue ink streak

If you're holding the paper so the narrow side is up, and the blue streak is vertical, then it's not a bad print head. If the stripe is from side to side with the paper held that way, then possible that the head is bad. The 4530 is an office type printer with large carts that connect to the print heads with hoses. It's possible that a hose has come off and is dumping ink that way, or that the hose is leaking...

This is sometimes caused by a thin layer of paint on the inside of drum, if this within your warranty period I would contact your whirlpool repairman.

YOu can purchase a stain remover which will not damage metals and it is okay to use the dryer once it has evaporated.

If I'm not mistaken this is a DLP rear screen TV. The only thing I can think of is that there is a large piece of dust on the lens.

is it possible that something was left in a pocket that ended up in the dryer check inside the dryer for any ink gum or stains inside the drum because there is no way the dryer left these stains other than from something you accidentally put inside

ok..save the window..those print heads are clogged, and good. You MAY need to run that print cleaning at least 8 times, to get that gook out of there.

Hi, please attempt to run a numerous blank paper through the printer. This will dry or clean any ink found on the rollers.
Continue to run blank pages through the printer until no more ink is found on the paper, then attempt printing. If ink stains or streaks are still present, the printer may need service.

Check to see if you have a paper jammed near the drum near the color ink cartridge interface.
