It sounds like a hard drive failure. Try to test the hard drive in a desktop system to see if the data can be read. If so, copy everything you want and attempt to run a diagnostic to evaluate the derive. You likely will only get one chance to recover the data, so be sure you do it quickly. Start here to find a tool to test the drive in another system AFTER you have tried to recover any useful data ( pictures, music, documents, etc)
Look under the hood on the drivers side of the engine compartment next to the air box for your filter. Two black covers there that have fuses and relays.
Also, on the drivers side of the dash on the end (I think). Look there too.
i think that's really the problem with motorola V3x coz i hav d same problem here in saudi arabia where i bought mine. i'm thinking of going back to nokia again. motorola sucks..
Right Click on Desktop select Properties select the Scree Saver tab Click on the Power Button which is on the right side select the power schemes In that select the power schemes options and choose "Never" for turn off monitor, turn off hard disk and system stand by click on Apply Repeat the above step for each option in "Power Schemes" then click on ok
