THE RESET BUTTON WON'T WORK

Q: My GorillaTones MP3 player is not responding. How do I reset my MP3 player?
A: To reset your GorillaTones MP3 player, hold down the Power button for 10-15 seconds.

It actually works.. I swear by it. :)

Try resetting the device by pressing and holding down the Menu button for 15 seconds.

If that does not resolve the issue, then you may need to replace the battery in the device.

To reset sansa
Press to power on/off, enter menu, or hold 15
seconds to reset your Sansa.
Or-To reset the sansa = Hold down power button for20 seconds.

To unfreeze it you must reset it = To reset sansa
Press to power on/off, enter menu, or hold 15
seconds to reset your Sansa.
Or-To reset the sansa = Hold down power button for20 seconds.

If it's anything like the opal M4002 then on the back of the player there will be a small hole into which you can insert a small implement (like a toothpick) and press the reset button.

Some models have reset switches some do not.
Look on the back of your mp3 there should be a tiny hole there.
That is the reset switch for most opal. Other way to reset is hold power button down for 15 seconds.

If you cant find it you will have to go to the RCA website and download the latest firmware.

To reset it hold down the power button for 10 to 15 seconds.

3 different ways to solve.
Some players have a reset on back.(its a small little hole)
Hold the reset down with a pin for 15 seconds.

If that don't work hold the power down for 15 seconds.
If that don't work.

Go to the RCA website.

download the firmware there.
after firmware is downloaded
hook mp3 player to usb device of computer
Install the new firmware.

Try Holding the Power Button for 20 sec for a Power Reset of the device Turn on the Player ,hold the Power button for 5 sec.
