I have toshiba model CT-90325 . When i type in a channel number such as 25. It goes to a different channel such as maybe 27 or 42. Sometimes when i use the up arrow channel key, it will go in order for a few channels, then go to a channel 10 or so below. What is going on? Its only a couple months old .

I may stand to be corrected here but I don't believe auto scan has anything to do with directly inputting in a channel such as 25, it should go to that channel even if nothing is in autoscan.... If you have a universal remote like is used on a cable or dish box I would program that to your TV and see if it works ok, and if it doesn't its the remote if it does its in the remote sensor board...Good luck!

Hello... It sounds like you need to run a channel scan. If you have the owners manual, it should walk you through how to do that. I searched online for one, but couldn't find one. I seem to remember something like "Terrestrial" for Auto-programming channels. I hope this helps!

SOURCE: Concierge series 25" wont stay on channel 3

You have to have the original remote. Then go into the menu under channel set-up. punch in channel 3 press add. The punch in channl 52. then press delete. Or turn on the cable box and go to auto tunnin g and let it do its thing. Im sorry , but if you dont have the original remote with a menu button your going to have to live with your problem. Good Luck

SOURCE: can't get TV onto the AUX channel

You can purchase an RCA universal remote that will let you access the A-V inputs. These only cost about $10.00 or so. Stargazer

SOURCE: No channels above 47

That works great except I can get the tuner to program any channels above channel47. Is this a limitation of this older model TV yes there is limitation in old tv. is there some setting I can change in order to get more channels using the tv tuner? in INDIA what we do is put a remote control ckt which gives us about 250 channels. of course we replace tuner also called hyper tuner along with remote ckt or replace whole kit which are cheaply available.& serves the purpose. hope this will help

SOURCE: I am stuck on channel 2

some tv's default to channel 2 after being unplugged.since it is a older tv ,the buttons on the remote and the tv maybe worn down.on the tv itself try pushing the buttons down a liitle harder. if you have aux or line in/video inputs, scroll down on the channel button to log into a aux channel for the dvd player.as for the remote try buying a cheap universal remote to see if that works.
good luck

The CT-90325 remote is not actually a universal. It's made to control certain DVD players through the HDMI port with something called REGZA-LINK. If you have said DVD player the link provided above and corresponding page number should be the answer you are hoping to get.

Toshiba ct-90325 remote will not work

I seemingly had the same problem, it just wouldn't turn on the tv or do anything for that matter so I popped the controller open to have a look and noticed that there was a small square box capacitor where the "cheap" metal that was making contacts with the circuit board had broken so I re-soldered the broken pieces and voila it worked. Cheers I hoped this helps some of you that have this same problem.
