I think that this old card will work with xp, i hope your computer will handle xp though, is there any reason why you are attached to this card?

You should have no problem upgrading with this card.  You can find the drivers for it here:  http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=406

However, you will find it difficult to get support on this old card.  I suggest investing in a new one.  Just keep in mind AGP or PCI.  See the picture below for a visual representation of the difference.  If you have an AGP port (should be brown) on your motherboard, you really should use it, you will notice a marked difference in video response times vs. PCI.  PCIe/PCIEx/PCI Express is only going to be found on newer computers, however, the visual representation here shows the difference between PCI and AGP.  Note how the connections are stacked on the AGP card.
