We all like Vista's Aero, even after 7 came out. But for most of us, we just don't want to stop using XP. Or we upgraded, and our computer doesn't support it. So, i am here to recommend a few programs that will give you an Aero Effect.
The first - Window FX - This will give you all the Aero Fade in and Out, and other effects that come with vista. Some versions support Transparency The download is here:

The second - TrueTransparency -

Others: Visual Tooltip which gives you a Tooltip when you put your mouse on the task bar, which comes with Window FX.

AeroShake - AeroShake is a Windows 7 Emulator. It allows you to shake a window, to hide all the others. This comes with TrueTransparency, so if you plan on using TrueTransparency, you don't need to install it.

AeroSnap - AeroSnap is also a Windows 7 Emulator. It allows you to drag a window to the top, or sides of the screen, and it will either maximize, or pull to either side of the window.

All together, these should satisfy, for now, our cravings for Aero, at least until our next computer...
