the battery has failed
you can find one on ebay and replace it
or take it too the local phone shop guy with the battery and any special tools {will come with the new battery} and they will carry out the work
That is pretty easy... when you get pictures, they need to in bmp format, or any other format pictures are in. Just copy your pictures to the picture folder in your trekstor( plugin your trekstor to your computer) and paste in that folder. You don't need to convert anything for this process.
Just turn on your trekstor, go to fm radio. Then wait for the program to respond. After that, there will be a button on top of the power button, press it once. It will open up a menu showing US Band, and EU Band. Select either and press scan. Wait for the scan to complete, then enjoy your radio.
I opened Media Player and plugged the mp3 player into the usb port and used the feature called Sync and it started downloading my music onto the mp3 player. I also checked the function in my computer under device manager to make sure the usb port was working correctly.. Hope this helps!
Try this , plug in usb cord into the emo, simultaneously push the small reset button at the lower right corner under the power button , if that doesnt work here's the link for the xp drivers
http://www.trekstor.de/downloads/produkte/i-beat_emo/driver-tools-win-all_i-beat_emo_v2-620-013_all.zip (copy and paste )
The video may be glitched or the memory is full. Try unlocking the unit by pressing the reset button with a paperclip. It's located just below the on/off switch on the right side.
Emo can only be charged by your computers usb 2.0 port. Independent chargers did not appear to work. I was manager and owner of a computer business. The independent USB Universal Serial Bus 2.0 chargers might work but the emo recognizes the computer and navigates to the charge screen when charging but when using an USB charger (less than $10) the emo won't go to that screen however there is no evidence that it isn't charging.
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard
