Locked out of email account

You always can notify Yahoo, you forgot your password. then the can use several modes to help you. Ask you a security question, or send you a mail, how to reset your password.
Under the sign in button is a blue text " I cannot access my account, please help. Press that one.

Click the "I can't access my account" link on the Yahoo Mail sign-in page.

1. Enter wrong pattern 5 times and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Select "Forgot pattern" and enter your email account username and password.
3. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the device and double check the password by logging in to that email account in a browser.
4. If you don't have access to the original email account, you will need to do a hard reset and loose your settings and apps on the devcice. The data on the memory card will not be wiped though.
Note: if you can't remember your email password, you will have to visit the email service support page to get it reset.

To unlock the pattern screen lock, sign in with your Google account.
1. After 30 seconds, tap Forgot pattern?
2. The user need to log in with the primary gmail.com e-mail address and not the alternative email address connected to the Google account.
3. Tap the username field and enter the primary Google account user name.
4. Tap the password field and enter the primary Google account password.
5. Draw a new unlock pattern and tap Continue .
6. Draw the new unlock pattern again and tap Continue .

Do you mean that your yahoo mail is locked?
If you forgot the password, just click on forgot password.
If you have not accessed your Mail for over 90 days, it will become deactivated. You can no longer access the mail feature of your account. You will need to register a new one.
