Try unpluging for about ten minutes. Also try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. Make sure you have the driver CD or access to it on line before unsinstalling. If these steps don't help chances are it is internal problems and needs either replacement or repairs.

they say its for the ink ,, but, when i refill those inks, the orange light is still in there .. and my printer in not working yet.
