From the looks of it Yahoo wont let you send an email to 420 Email addresses at one time.. so yah... i guess send out emails to like a few people not 400 at a time and you should be fine...
This is probably in place so that people can't take there mailing list and send out thousands of emails at once..... spam prevention

Have you tried to copy the received email of the old email address and paste to your new recipient, if you are concerned about hackers and you are sending a email/s to multiple recipients use BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) and request your recipients do the same.
Hope this helps you.
there could be a bunch of reasons why the message was not received.
- the email server that received the message has not yet forwarded the email to the recipient. - if the there is an error in sending email from your email to email server of the recipient you should be able to receive a confirmation that there was an error. - the recipient might not properly configure the their email client - you've sent the email to a different address - your email server has not yet forwarded the email to the email server of the recipient
As far as the usage of auxiliary verb + receive is concerned, the first is correct, the others are wrong; the second is particularly ungrammatical. The third has "to receive" in the wrong tense, it should be the infinitive: "receive". When you use the auxiliary verb "do" + verb, the verb is always in the bare infinitive, it is the "do" that changes for tense (did = past).
"I don't have [x]" means that x (a noun phrase) is not in your possession, X cannot be a verb. "I don't have any money", but not "I don't have [done something]".
Go to the Sent folder in AIM Mail or AOL Mail.
Make sure the box in front of the message you want to unsend is checked.
You can also check multiple messages to take them all back at once,
Click the Unsend button.
Click Unsend again.
Note that you can (effectively) unsend an email only if:
The message was sent to AOL recipients only.
You cannot take back an email if it also has been delivered to internet recipients, not even from AOL recipients.
You sent the message from AOL itself, not from an email client using IMAP and SMTP to access an AOL emailaccount.
The message has not yet been read by any recipient.
Cc stands for carbon copy which means that whose address appears after the Cc: header would receive a copy of the message. Also, the Cc header would also appear inside the header of the received message.
Bcc stands for blind carbon copy which is similar to that of Cc except that the Email address of the recipients specified in this field do not appear in the received message header and the recipients in the To or Cc fields will not know that a copy sent to these address.
the error message means that the person or persons you are sending the mail to have problems with their mails so try sending it batch by batch or use a mass email sender software
